Booking Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These conditions govern the terms of booking, cancellation, and use of the services offered by Hotel Bacco – Bacco di Mannozzi Massimo e C. S.N.C., located at Via Michele Rosi 24, 55041 Lido di Camaiore (LU), VAT number 00241240464.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made:

• Directly through the official website
• By phone
• Via email

At the time of booking, a written confirmation will be required, and a deposit may be requested at the discretion of the hotel.

3. Payment

Payment can be made:

• On-site, in cash, by credit card, or debit card
• In advance, by bank transfer or payment link

Any deposits or advance payments will be specified during the booking process.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated via email.

The conditions are as follows (subject to change upon request):

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation.
• No-show: 100% charge of the booking.

5. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 1:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Any early arrivals or late departures must be agreed upon with the reception and may incur additional charges.

6. Minors

Bookings can only be made by individuals over the age of 18. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

7. Pets

Pets are allowed. If permitted, a surcharge may apply, and specific rules must be followed.

8. Responsibility

The hotel is not responsible for:

• Loss or theft of items left unattended in the rooms or public areas
• Damage resulting from force majeure events (e.g., service interruptions, weather events)

A safe is available in each room. It is recommended to deposit valuables at the reception, if available.

9. Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the Court of Lucca, except as provided by law for consumer protection.

10. Changes to the Terms

The hotel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website.

11. No-Show

In case of no-show without prior notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, the total amount of the booking will be charged, unless otherwise agreed. If a deposit was made, it will be retained as a penalty.

12. Personal Data Processing

The processing of customers’ personal data is carried out in accordance with current regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).

The confirmation of the booking, through any channel, implies full acceptance of these general conditions.
